Guam - Randall Fulcher, one of the individuals who testified in the Allan Agababa trial appeared in court today for a sentencing hearing. Because of today's hung jury and pending cooperation required as part of his plea deal, sentencing was postponed and Fulcher released on personal recognizance.
Fulcher, who is accused of cultivating marijuana and selling prescription drugs, will likely have all jailtime suspended should he continue to cooperate with the government.
Fulcher and his wife, Leialoha testified that Agababa came to their home on the night of his mother's murder requesting to destroy the evidence, including a gun, Agababa's clothes, and two laptop computers.
The couple reported they threw the gun over the Ylig Bridge.
Fulcher's next court appearance is December 23.
