Man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting woman in bushes

Guam - Sioram Chen pleads guilty to second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony.

Back in March, Chen and his victim were at a gathering when Chen followed the woman, dragged her into the bushes, and sexually assaulted her.

According to Chen's plea deal, he will spend ten years behind bars and mandatory three years probation thereafter. He must also register as a Level One Sex Offender.
