Counting of write-in votes begins

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.222222328186px; line-height: 13.7999992370605px;">While it remains to be seen whether the Guam Election Commission will conduct a manual audit of the general election ballot tallies, they did begin the count for all write-in votes. Ballots from all the 58 precincts were run through the tabulation machines to determine which received write-in votes.&nbsp;</span>
