Guam - While it remains to be seen whether the Guam Election Commission will conduct a manual audit of the general election ballot tallies, they did begin the count for all write-in votes. Ballots from all the 58 precincts were run through the tabulation machines to determine which received write-in votes.

Together with the GEC staff and commissioners, representatives from the Democrat and Republican parties were on hand to count the 902 write-in votes from the general election.

The write-in count will continue Thursday morning.
