Guam - It was back in December two girls were allegedly raped in the Santa Ana area in Dededo. Although five men were originally charged in connection to the case, only one stands trial. That defendant is Helpme Roby and according to testimony heard today, 10 to 15 photos of Roby having sex with a girl were taken on an iPad Mini. The iPad belonged to co-defendant Oratuch Henry, who stated today that after seeing the photos, he deleted them immediately.

Following Henry's testimony, FBI agent Ariel Miller says because of the way Apple designed the iPad, any deleted material cannot be recovered. Miller admitted he was unable to locate any child pornography on the device.

Roby's co-defendants including Oratuch, have all signed plea agreements with the government. Trial for Roby will continue on Thursday.
