Airport exec Jess Torres passes away

Guam - Former Guam senator Jesus Q. Torres has passed away. Aside from being a senator, Torres had a long time connection with the Guam International Airport Authority where he served twice as its executive manager and multiple times on the board of directors. He most recently was the board vice chairman. Executive manager Chuck Ada says the passing of Torres is a great loss to the airport. "As a former senator of the Guam Legislature and executive manager of the airport for close to ten years, vice chairman Torres was not only well versed with the airport operations but extremely supportive to our employees and those of our tenant partners as well".
