Guam - Yesterday we reported that a veteran police officer assigned to the Agat Precinct was placed on administrative leave after testing positive for amphetamines. KUAM News has confirmed that effective today, the officer has quit the department and according to GPD spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia, has no affiliation with GPD.
