Guam - If you've ever struggled with finding parking at the Judiciary of Guam, there's good news for you.
Thanks to an MOU between the Guam Legislature and the Judiciary, the court now has 92 additional parking stalls across the street.
This means stalls previously reserved for court employees will now be available for public use.
Chief Justice Robert Torres said, "We're always trying to improve the services to our court customers and clientele and this will enable us to have more spaces available for the public. 0048 when we were undertaking our strategic plan, one of the areas of concern expressed by our stakeholders was access and parking at the main judicial building."
The MOU requires the court to restripe, paint, and maintain the property. In addition, 14 spaces will be available for use by Academy of Our Lady of Guam students.
