Guam - Still no verdict from jurors in the Allan Agababa trial.
Agababa is accused of killing his mother, Shelly Bernstein, back in August 2013 to collect her death benefits.
The autopsy shows the victim died of blunt force trauma to the head. Prosecution alleges Agababa struck his mother while defense argues Bernstein had an accidental fall.
Neither party could identify what hit Bernstein's head resulting in the fatal injury.
