Guam - Jury selection kicked off this morning for the man accused of beating a toddler to death back in January of this year.
John J.T. Castro is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated assault, and child abuse.
As we previously reported, Castro told police the 23-month-old had fallen and hit her head and he massaged her. The autopsy indicated otherwise as the bruising to the girl's head had occurred several days before her death.
