Guam - The Guam Election Commission released the final number of registered voters for next week's general election. Executive director Maria Pangelinan says 51,975 voters are registered - over 2,800 more than the primary election. And while the final number is higher than the 2012 election, it is lower than the last gubernatorial election back in 2010 where over 52,000 people were registered. We should add the final tally is the lowest count of people registered for a gubernatorial election since 1990 when over 45,000 people were registered.
