Guam - GWA will be in the village of Agat tonight and Thursday to inform the community about their proposed Agat Santa Rita Waste Water Treatment Plant.
GWA interim general manager Tom Cruz along with members of the Consolidated Commission on Utilities, key GWA engineering and senior staff will be present both evenings. The meetings are being held at the Agat Senior Citizens Center from 6 to 7:30pm.
