Man, 20, charged with having sex with teen
20-year-old Jamike James Leon Guerrero was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.

Guam - 20-year-old Jamike James Leon Guerrero was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court documents, the 14-year-old victim reported she met Leon Guerrero on Facebook. When they met up, he gave her beer and the two had sex. In an interview with police, he admits to providing the alcohol and first states he believed the girl to be 18-years-old then admits to thinking she was 15. He also admitted to both giving and receiving oral sex as well as penetration.
Leon Guerrero was booked and confined.
