Guam - It's an early Christmas for the Guam Police Department.
Earlier today, GPD in partnership with the Department of Public Works Office of Highway Safety received two new marked patrol cruisers and a portable light tower.
The cruisers will be added to the fleet while the tower will be used for investigating serious and fatal crashes as well as used for DUI checkpoints.
