Guam - Zhizhong Zheng has been indicted by a federal grand jury for food stamp fraud.
Between February of last year and July of this year, in exchange for cash he's accused of unlawfully using and possessing EBT cards and supplemental nutrition assistance benefits of others.
Zheng is scheduled to be arraigned in the District Court next Wednesday.
