Man hit by car near Dededo mall still critical

Guam - A 36-year old man remains in critical condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital after being hit by a car while crossing the street in Dededo Saturday. According to police spokesperson Officer Paul Tapao although the driver initially fled the scene, the individual was eventually interviewed by investigators. The vehicle was also impounded. The man was crossing the street around six am near the Micronesia Mall when he was hit by the car. No arrests or citations have been issued at this time as more interviews are pending.
