Guam - The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division has impounded the vehicle that was involved in Saturday morning's auto pedestrian incident in Dededo. According to police spokesperson Paul Tapao the driver was interviewed by investigators but no arrest or citation has been issued at this time. According to Tapao the case remains open and additional interviews are pending. The pedestrian remains in critical condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital.
