Guam - A second school breakin this week this time in the village of Yona.

According to DOE facilities and maintenance manager Billy Cruz, the office at M.U. Lujan Elementary was hit by vandals.

A preliminary report shows school staff responded to the alarm that went off at the campus Thursday night.

It appeared that the burglars were attempting to break into the principal's office but fled the scene with nothing.

School officials believe the alarm may have scared the burglars off.
