Duo pulled over for running red light, then busted for drugs

Guam - They were pulled over for running a red light but arrested on drug charges.

Joseph Junior Toves and Danny Oronigo Kim were pulled over by Tamuning patrol officers. In the vehicle, a drug detection canine located a glass improvised pipe with a ball end as well as a box of straws and ziploc baggies containing suspected crystalmeth, a rolled cigarette containing suspected marijuana, and over $500 in cash between the two men. 

Tests on the suspected drugs all returned positive. Both men were booked and confined.
