Man, 47, arrested for criminal sexual conduct for third time

Guam - It's not the first, the second, but the third time 47-year-old Joseph Francis Mafnas has been arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges.
Court documents state the 12-year-old female victim alleges Mafnas has been kissing and touching her breasts, butt, and her private parts for the last four years in addition to asking her to perform oral sex on him and hand jobs.
In fear of getting in trouble, the female reported she complied to his requests.
Admitting he has been arrested in the past for similar charges, Mafnas told police he'll fight the case because he has been good and innocent.
