Guam - 25-year-old Meisy Aliwis was arrested and charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Court documents state the 15-year-old victim alleges Aliwis raped her during quick trip to the store. The victim alleges Aliwis forced her to drink alcohol before forcing himself on her. When the vehicle was back in motion, the victim jumped out and was picked up by another motorist who took her to the Dededo Precinct. The victim was treated at the Guam Memorial Hospital.
Aliwis was booked and confined.
