Guam - It was certainly quite the finale for Fire Prevention Week, as the Guam Fire Department's scheduled event Saturday to show off their equipment used to respond to emergencies - was actually used to respond to an emergency. Saturday at 6am a black luggage was found in the Home Depot parking lot near the Home and Garden Section. The FBI took control of the scene.
Bomb sniffing dogs and the military's EOD gave the scene the all-clear hours later.
We should add the building being constructed behind Home Depot reportedly will house federal law enforcement agencies.
