Guam - Another member of the Guam National Guard is in trouble with the feds. Matthew Untalan has been indicted on charges of theft of government property, making a fraudulent claim against the United States, and making false statements to a federal agency.  According to the indictment between September 2009 to March 2012 he's accused of stealing close to $37,000 from the Defense Financing and Accounting Service Agency.  Untalan is accused of turning in a fake real estate rental lease agreement, claiming he was paying $2,400 in monthly rent to a family member when he actually wasn't. He's scheduled to appear in federal court for an arraignment on October 24.
