Guam - 36-year-old Marko Omwere was arrested and charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court documents, Omwere allegedly performed oral sex on a young female minor known to him.
The victim alleges Omwere took her from her mother's room into the hallway where he laid her on the ground, covered her face, and performed oral sex.
When interviewed by police, Omwere stated he didn't want to talk about it because "feel it is disgusting."
