Storm approaching typhoon strength
According to the National Weather Service 4:00pm advisory Tropical Storm Vongfong is approaching typhoon strength. Guam is currently under a typhoon watch and in COR3.

By KUAM NewsThe NWS reports Tropical Storm Vongfong is currently forecast to pass through the Marianas between Rota and Tinian as A typhoon, however it still has a long way to go before it arrives to the Marianas on Monday. The NWS warns that deviations in the track could bring the center of Vongfong near or over any of the other Mariana islands.
