Typhoon Watch Issued for Guam

According to a special advisory issued by the National Weather Service as of 11 oclock this morning a Typhoon Watch is now in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan. This means that typhoon conditions including winds of up to 74 miles per hour or more are possible within 48 hours. Guam is also under Condition of Readiness 3.
