Guam - According to the latest advisory from the National Weather Service Tropical Storm 19W will threaten the Marianas in a few days. The NWS reports that the tropical storm will likely move toward the West-Northwest and develop over the next few days. This track would bring the system over the Marianas on Monday as a tropical storm or possibly a typhoon. According to the NWS, as of Friday night computer models show Tropical Storm 19W passing between Rota and Tinian sometime on Monday, but as with any developing system there is still a degree of uncertainty.
