Guam - A man accused of murdering his wife in Guam almost thirty years ago will head to trial next summer.

It was back in April Gary Scaggs was picked up by U.S. Marshals at his Indianapolis apartments after he was indicted by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury for the murder of his wife, Tracey.

At the time, Scaggs was an airman stationed at Andersen Airforce Base.

Although the case turned cold, new information was uncovered reviving the case.

Jury trial and selection is slated for May 4, 2015.
