Guam - The island's medical examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola confirms there was no trauma to the body of a three-month-old baby boy who was pronounced dead at the Guam Memorial Hospital earlier this week.

As Espinola tells KUAM, it is possible the infant suffered from an infection which is why he'll need a tissue sample as well as toxicology tests to complete his autopsy.

As we previously reported, the Guam Police Department is waiting on Espinola's findings to determine whether an investigation into the baby's death is necessary.

Espinola says he will have more information on Monday.
