Another Guardsman signs federal plea agreement

Guam - Another member of the Guam Army National Guard has signed a plea agreement with the feds.
It was in March Anthony Mariano was indicted on charges of theft of government property, making a fraudulent claim against the united states and making a false statement to a federal government agency. He was accused of submitting a bogus lease agreement to claim $1,800 in Overseas Housing Allowance funds. It's alleged he illegally received more than $66,000 over a 7 year period. He is scheduled to enter his plea on the 29th.
