Guam - The man accused of starving his children, boarding them up inside their house, and forcing them to urinate in a cup pleaded not guilty in the superior court today.
As we've been reporting, 38-year-old Sterling Crisostomo was indicted last week by a grand jury for child abuse and failure to provide charges.
His wife, Leialoha Camacho Crisostomo was also arrested on child abuse charges.
Sterling's next court appearance is slated for October 7 before Judge James Canto.
