Guam - $10 million in tax refunds will be placed in the mail on Friday.  This latest round of payments cover close to 5,000 taxpayers and covers Status A refunds filed up until April 1. Governor Eddie Calvo says they not only promised the payment, but are keeping a promise they made four years ago that late payments would be a thing of the past. "we are doing the job the people entrusted us with".
