Man breaks into Tamuning apartment; caught under bed

Guam - Thanks to a concerned neighbor, a man was caught red-handed breaking into a unit at Estella Apartments in Tamuning this morning.A resident who was home at the time of the break-in heard noises in his neighbor's apartment. The suspect apparently broke in through a tool shed and then the kitchen window. Police found 35-year old Philip Cruz hiding under a bed. Tools were confiscated at the scene. Cruz was charged with burglary.
