Guam - More Guam residents can achieve the Guamanian Dream.
This after today's ribbon cutting for summer homes, an IRS Low-Income Housing Tax Credit project located on the border of Yigo and Dededo.
CoreTech's Conchita Bathan said, "These families will no longer have to choose between living in a quality, new home and the cost of food and utilities. These families by virtue of affordable rent and dramatically reduced utility bills will be able to enjoy a new level of stability in a positive family environment."
