Guam - Still no arrests have been made in the fatal auto pedestrian accident in Hagatna earlier this month.

As we've been reporting, Singky Likity was struck by a Toyota 4-Runner while crossing the street near Chamorro Village.

Medical examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola confirmed that Likity was intoxicated at the time he crossed the street with a blood alcohol content of 0.3.
