Guam - A tourist in need of saving in the deep end accuses a PIC employee of criminal conduct conduct.
According to the magistrate's complaint, 23-year-old Kory Thomas Petrus allegedly fondled a Taiwanese tourist on the buttocks and used his fingers to fondle her genitals.
Court documents state the woman was paddle boarding last Friday when she called on waterpark staff for assistance because she did not know how to swim.
When questioned by police, Petrus says the woman was only in waters chest deep and that he pulled her to safety by her life vest.
