Guam - The woman accused of soliciting to kill her husband will head to trial in October.
It was earlier this year Myrna Evans allegedly offered land, money, and a car to have someone poison her husband and make it look like he died of natural causes.
Evans is charged with solicitation to commit aggravated murder.
Jury trial and selection is set for October 29.
