Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo dedicated his weekly address to the over 30,000 students from the Guam Department of Education.
In his address, Governor Calvo not only touts the accomplishment new schools and facilities like Tiyan High School and Untalan Middle School, but that his administration is working on a request for proposal to modernize all schools.
"Part of our plan is to, among other things, figure out how many more schools we need to build and where they should be built. I want to emphasize to you students that it's not just the facility that matters, it's what goes on inside the walls of the classrooms," he shared.
