The community is invited to show their love for the island’s tourism industry as we celebrate Tourism Month this May. The Guam Visitors Bureau and tourism industry stakeholders will host the annual Tourism Month Wave tomorrow in Tumon and Tamuning.

A pair of waves will be held Friday, May 8 at 4:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon.

GVB says this year’s theme is “Hafa Adai Starts Here” and celebrates more than 14,500 residents who make tourism work for Guam.

One wave will be held along Pale San Vitores Road in Tumon from GVB to Nikko Hotel, with another wave held from Donki to the Guam Airport in Tamuning.

The public is advised to drive with extra caution in these areas.
