Guam - Carl Gargarita will head to trial next week.
Gargarita faces aggravated murder charges for the death of 33-year-old Anthony Giralao. It was last year the two men reportedly got into an argument over a woman and threw punches at one another before Gargarita allegedly choked Giralao to death.
Jury trial and selection is set for August 14.
