Guam - Outbound lanes at the U.S. Naval Base Guam main gate will be closed 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 2 due to electrical line repairs. All outbound traffic from the base will be directed to an alternate gate - Gate 2 - behind the Visitor Control Center during this period. Appropriate signage and a flag man will be posted to redirect vehicular traffic accordingly. The main gate will remain open for inbound traffic.
