Guam - According to the latest advisory from the National Weather Service the Tropical Storm Warning for Guam and the Typhoon Warning for Rota have been cancelled. Tropical Storm Halong is moving away from the Marianas. The storm is located about 70 miles North-Northwest of Guam.
