Guam - As Guamanians islandwide make preparations for Tropical Storm Halong, several public schools have been identified as emergency shelters have been identified if you are in need of a safe and dry place to stay as the weather gets dangerous. All the following schools will open at 5am to be used for shelters: Machananao Elementary, Astumbo Elementary and Maria Ulloa Elementary in the north, for central George Washington High School, with southern residents being able to use Talofofo Elementary and Harry S. Truman.
