Tropical Storm 11W Named Halong

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.222222328186px; line-height: 13.7999992370605px;">According to the latest weather bulletin from the National Weather Service the system in our region has been named Tropical Storm Halong. A Typhoon Watch is currently in effect for Guam and Rota. A Flash Flood Warning is also in effect for all of the Marianas.</span>
