DOE getting school buses ready

Guam - With the start of the school year only weeks away the Department of Education is busy getting the 40 public schools prepared for the new school year according to superintendent Jon Fernandez they are still waiting to receive full occupancy for Untalan Middle School. He says they have been cleared by Public Health but are still waiting for approval from the Guam Fire Department. As for Okkodo High School full occupancy was received in July and a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday.
