Guam - After four and a half months the Hilton Resort and Spa has finally completed the renovations of their facilities. The main tower rooms were upgraded along with the addition of beachside cabanas, a poolside relaxation area, and an outdoor patio area.
According to president Shigeru Sato, these renovations were part of ken corporation's plan to upgrade all their hotels on island. "In order for Guam to continue to grow I strongly believe that 3-5 more hotels with more than 1000 rooms each will be needed. With this the Ken Corporation is planning to construct a brand new 5-star hotel with more than 350 rooms at the location adjacent to the Nikko Hotel building," he told KUAM News.
$330 million have already been spent, but they are nowhere near finished.
