Guam - The Department of Revenue & Taxation will once again take the hot seat before the Guam Legislature. Senator Michael San Nicolas's Committee on Regulatory Concerns will conduct the hearing this week. No agenda was available but since last year at least a handful of hearings were conducted on areas from improved customer service to collecting on delinquent taxes. In fact, during the last oversight in March, Rev & Tax director John Camacho reported DRT has improved its accounts receivable down to $102.9 million. The oversight is set for Wednesday July 23 at 10 in the morning.
