Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency has caught on camera illegal dumpers and according to administrator Eric Palacios its only a matter of time before they begin issuing notices of violation.

"The cameras have been deployed its very promising. I expect to start making some announcements in the very near future on some of the results that we 're starting to see – we're happy because its another tool in our arsenal in helping to curb and catch illegal dumpers," he explained,

As we've previously reported, the agency has set up the cameras strategically around the island, but won't disclose how many or where.
