Guam - The Department of Youth Affairs is conducting an internal affairs investigation after a client escaped last night. According to a press release a 16-year old girl who was being escorted by staff back to her dorm, managed to escape from the Mangilao facility. GPD caught the girl about a half-hour later. She was later placed on lockdown.
