Guam - The staff of the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam held a change of command ceremony. Capt. Jeannie B. Comlish assumed command of the hospital from Capt. Jeffrey M. Plummer, marking the end of two years of command for Plummer. Comlish comes to Guam from Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, where she served as executive officer.


During Plummer's command, he oversaw the construction and historic transition of hospital staff to a new facility.


Plummer's next assignment will be as the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery liaison officer to the Defense Health Agency.
