Guam - Congratulations to all of the 2014 Shieh Su Ying Scholar Athlete finalist who were selected. The awards ceremony was held at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom. Taking this year's honors were a pair of Guam High athletes, tennis player Chloe Gadsen and basketball standout Austy Hines. They both walked away with an iPad Mini and a $2,000 scholarship award.
